CFP: Hélène Cixous

FEMINISMO/S is a referred journal published twice a year by the Centre of Women’s Studies of the University of Alicante. We are now seeking for our sixth issue (June 2006) essays on Hélène Cixous’s writing and her theoretical influence on intertextuality; multilinguism; postcolonialism and translation; psychoanalysis and fiction; Jacques Derrida and deconstruction; Hélène Cixous on the brink of gen(de)r/es. We are also keen to consider reviews on recently published books on the above mentioned topics.

Inquiries and completed essays either in English, French or Spanish (3 copies) should be submitted to Maribel Peñalver Vicea (MI.Penalver@ua.es) and to Rosa Rodriguez Magda (rrmagda@yahoo.es). You can e-mail your proposal or send them to the address below by the 30th of October 2005.
